Michael specializes in coaching working professionals who wish to balance the demands of work and life. He specializes in working with leaders that want to reduce stress, create more time in their schedule, improve emotional intelligence, create better communication practices as well as build more engaged, happy and profitable workplaces. Michael firmly believes that self discovery translates to a business setting and is accomplished within the client or business’s own unique experience.
Michael has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish as well as a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. In addition to his background and experience in psychology, Michael is also a Certified Communication Coach as well as a trained facilitator in the Advanced Insights Profile, Actualized Leadership Profile and Group Culture Profile.
As a leadership coach, Michael has helped organizational leaders and teams become more effective in recognizing how to inspire, engage, resolve conflict and communicate with others. Through coaching, Michael helps individuals recognize and develop strengths in order to become more effective in their careers and personal lives.
Michael has facilitated trainings on leadership, team building, communication, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, self-care and other topics. Michael has facilitated trainings nationally across the US. As a recipient of the Group Study Exchange Scholarship, through Rotary International, he has traveled internationally delivering trainings and education about his fields of work.
Michael has studied eastern martial arts for more than a decade. While this study is a passion for him personally, he often incorporates philosophies from his experience into his work with individuals and organizations. He has facilitated trainings on leadership, stress reduction, communication and conflict resolution while infusing concepts from his martial arts study and background.

Melinda C. Bullen is an energetic and able facilitator of diversity and inclusion programming. Working within the field for a decade she has met with audiences large and small, students and working professionals, and domestic and international clients from both the public and private sectors—inspiring change through a dynamic but compassionate presentation style. Her skills of creating rapport, interconnectedness, and facilitating group dialogue are underscored by her entertaining presentation skills and all contribute to a powerful opportunity for intercultural solutions.
From a small island off of the west coast of Florida, she has since lived throughout the southern United States, the Pacific Northwest, and internationally, giving her a strong sensibility for the nuances of a client’s home culture and expectations. Melinda holds a degree in Fine Art, graduate course work in Creative Writing and Intercultural Communication, and is now pursuing graduate work in Organizational Development and Leadership. Integrating creative play in her facilitation methodology makes her work unique in the field of diversity training.
Melinda has taught a variety of topics that bridge intercultural communication and diversity. While training state-side she has provided courses on access and inclusion in higher education, conflict resolution, culturally competent leadership, identity, microaggressions, and culturally responsive workplaces. While abroad Melinda has provided courses and workshops on cultural competency through English as a second language, international relocation, and expatriation.
Ms. Bullen is a certified facilitator and coach of the Intercultural Effectiveness Scale (IES) and the The Global Competencies Inventory (GCI).With such powerful assessment tools, her extensive knowledge from the field, and endless energy for discovery she skillfully works with her clients to tailor programs and trainings to get results. Melinda is not satisfied until every participant leaves their experience feeling like they have gained something of value by having worked with her. Melinda is currently offering training in a wide variety of topics related to organizational diversity, inclusive workplaces and practices, and cultural competency.

Madelon Capozziello is an Executive Coach and Corporate Leadership Consultant. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Executive Leadership Institute at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She is a Principal Consultant with MRC Advisors. Her coaching and consulting focuses on transitional and transformational leadership, improving team performance, corporate strategic planning, and effective change management. She has consulted with a variety of leaders and organizations in the public and private sectors, including the Eli Lily, Capital One, Comporium, CEO2, Eisai, EnPro Inc., Midrex, The Dolan Company, Piedmont Natural Gas, US National Whitewater Center, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, and Goodwill Industries.
Madelon is a proven strategic resource and provides experienced support for many client leaders. Her current list of clients includes executives and managers from healthcare systems, global pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing, media, emerging leaders in finance and telecommunications, education, and military officers transitioning to civilian leadership.
Her distinctive perspective has been shaped by a career which began in hands-on acute healthcare settings followed by a highly successful business development, and sales leadership career with global pharmaceutical and medical device organizations. She led high performing teams in launching revolutionary new therapies resulting in numerous leadership awards and advancements.
She holds a B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and M.S. degrees in Organization Development and Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte where her research focused on the impact of Executive Coaching upon career advancement and success among Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and executives who report directly to CEOs.
Madelon is married to her best friend, Rob. They have a wonderful son and a beautiful white boxer. They love to travel and have great adventures experiencing different places, people, and cultures. Madelon loves to hike the awesome trails in Western North Carolina. She also loves to read. Madelon’s purpose is to encourage others to make meaningful connections and live their lives with passion, reaching their highest and best good so that all will have a positive impact in our world.
