Madelon Capozziello is an Executive Coach and Corporate Leadership Consultant. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Executive Leadership Institute at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She is a Principal Consultant with MRC Advisors. Her coaching and consulting focuses on transitional and transformational leadership, improving team performance, corporate strategic planning, and effective change management. She has consulted with a variety of leaders and organizations in the public and private sectors, including the Eli Lily, Capital One, Comporium, CEO2, Eisai, EnPro Inc., Midrex, The Dolan Company, Piedmont Natural Gas, US National Whitewater Center, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, and Goodwill Industries.
Madelon is a proven strategic resource and provides experienced support for many client leaders. Her current list of clients includes executives and managers from healthcare systems, global pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing, media, emerging leaders in finance and telecommunications, education, and military officers transitioning to civilian leadership.
Her distinctive perspective has been shaped by a career which began in hands-on acute healthcare settings followed by a highly successful business development, and sales leadership career with global pharmaceutical and medical device organizations. She led high performing teams in launching revolutionary new therapies resulting in numerous leadership awards and advancements.
She holds a B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and M.S. degrees in Organization Development and Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte where her research focused on the impact of Executive Coaching upon career advancement and success among Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and executives who report directly to CEOs.
Madelon is married to her best friend, Rob. They have a wonderful son and a beautiful white boxer. They love to travel and have great adventures experiencing different places, people, and cultures. Madelon loves to hike the awesome trails in Western North Carolina. She also loves to read. Madelon’s purpose is to encourage others to make meaningful connections and live their lives with passion, reaching their highest and best good so that all will have a positive impact in our world.
